About the organization

AMRNY provides rescue services for Alaskan Malamute dogs exclusively.  We are funded by individual donations.  We are NOT a shelter. WE ARE AN INFORMATION AND EDUCATION CENTER ONLY.

Alaskan Malamute Rescue of New York  is an affiliate of AMAL, the Alaskan Malamute Assistance League.  AMAL is a national clearinghouse and support organization for local Alaskan Malamute rescue operations.   To learn more about AMAL, please check out their home page.
